Nick Hogan became the first male victim of the Fappening in early October when his iCloud was hacked and nude photos were stolen. As previously reported, Hogan allegedly still had nude photos of his ex-girlfriends from high school. Hogan kept them because he never purged any photos, but Hogan has now deleted the photos, TMZ reports.

The photos would count as child pornography in many jurisdictions since the girls were underage, but the “Hogan Knows Best” star wasn’t even aware he still had them, according to TMZ. The computer the photos were on has been in storage for years. He never realized his photos were being stored on the iCloud, so the hacking was likely a shock to him. The realization that he had something that could be considered illegal was probably even more surprising.

Hogan and the girls he was pictured with were allegedly both underage at the time, but he still didn’t want to save photos that some jurisdictions would consider child pornography. Although the hackers likely have their own copies, TMZ says that Hogan has deleted any illegal pictures he had of his underage ex-girlfriends.

This isn’t the first time the Fappening hackers have found underage photos in the iCloud. Olympian McKayla Maroney and MTV’s “My Life As Liz” star Liz Lee both allegedly had underage photos stolen. Reddit banned the photos from the website. Hogan, Maroney and Lee are just a few of the more than 100 celebrities who had nude photos leaked recently as part of the Fappening.
