parenthood 6x12 sneak peek
Amber (Mae Whitman) gets a little frustrated with her mother Sarah (Lauren Graham) in a sneak peek video from "Parenthood" Season 6, episode 12. NBC

The final season of “Parenthood” is about to turn up the drama. Though Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) is out of the hospital, it appears the family will have to make a return trip for Amber (Mae Whitman) in Season 6, episode 12. Of course, all of the Bravermans can’t sit in a waiting room without any drama. It looks like Crosby’s (Dax Sheppard) mind will be on business while Amber gives birth.

Sneak Peek No. 1

Amber is trying to help Sarah (Lauren Graham) and Hank (Ray Romano) plan their wedding. They might want an outdoor ceremony, but Hank wants it to be adventurous.

“I don’t want any lame, cliché gazebo,” Hank says. He reveals he wants his wedding to be on a dormant volcano. When Sarah laughs the idea off, he suggests a cave. Sarah starts talking about the downsides of caves when Amber gets up and starts yelling for her mother.

“I think I’m having a contraction,” she says.

Hank and Sarah immediately start fussing over her. Hank wants to give her ice chips, but Sarah wants to keep her warm. “She does want ice chips she’s cold. You always get cold when you have a contraction,” Sarah says as she throws a winter coat on her daughter.

Neither of them can find the car keys. “Excuse me, what is happening? Are we going?” Amber asks.

Sneak Peek No. 2

Apparently Hank and Sarah manage to get Amber to the hospital because that’s where Jasmine (Joy Bryant) and Crosby are. Emotions are running high after Crosby finds out about Jasmine’s talk with Adam (Peter Krause). She went to his brother and told him how hurt Crosby was when Adam wanted to walk away from their business together. Adam changed his mind, but Crosby assumed it was because he wanted to work together.

“Hey, you can’t just throw a tantrum like that and leave,” Jasmine says.

“That’s the second time that you’ve gone behind my back after I told you something in private. You went and told your mom that I had financial issues,” Crosby says. “And then you go and tell my brother that, and everyone but me knows and I look stupid.”

Jasmine apologized. She was only trying to help Crosby fulfill his dream. She said that she knew how much it meant to him.

“I doesn’t mean anything to me now," Crosby claims. "What was special about it was Adam and I. I don’t have that now, so it doesn’t matter.”
