A woman from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was arrested Saturday after she was caught having sex with a 13-year-old boy.

The incident came to light Saturday afternoon when patrolling officers saw a car parked at a wrong place. They then noticed two people in the backseat of the vehicle and decided to check what was happening.

Sioux Falls police information officer Sam Clemens said, "Officers saw a car parked there and they saw there were two people in the backseat of the car, so stopped to see what was going on.”

The officers were taken aback when they saw a woman, 38-year-old Samantha Lynn Eberle, and a 13-year-old in the backseat, along with meth and sex toys.

"Officers saw there were quite a few sex toys that were inside there and ended up finding marijuana, pipe, and she did have some meth with her as well," Clemens said.

Speaking about why officers patrol the area regularly, Clemens said, "There are cars parked there from time to time for whatever reason that's a place that people go to do drugs.”

The officers took Eberle into custody and sent the boy back home. Eberle, who served prison time on drug charges earlier, faced several charges including sexual contact with a child younger than 16 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $2,500 cash. Police said the accused and the boy knew each other but were not related.

In a similar incident in December 2018, a woman from Indiana was charged with child seduction for having sex with a minor. Kendra Wilson, 33, who is also a mother of two, had sex with the teen multiple times. The woman also reportedly told the teen that her husband “would kill them both” if their relationship went public. Though the boy initially denied the accusations, he later told the officers that it was Wilson who initiated a sexual relationship.
