Prince Charles rolled his eyes at Princess Diana the night before their royal wedding.

The night before Prince Charles and Princess Diana tied the knot, they sat down for an interview with Andrew Gardner and Angela Rippon. The topic covered the couple's future marriage and how they're looking forward to being husband and wife.

"I suppose it's one of the most important things you're going to have to adjust to really, isn't it?" Rippon asked Princess Diana (via Express).

"Of course, yes," the late Princess of Wales responded.

"And Prince Charles has been a great help to you?" Rippon added.

"Marvellous, a tower of strength," she answered.

Prince Charles slammed his hands on the armchair and joked, "Oh gracious. Encouraging."

They laughed, and Princess Diana added: "I have to say that because you're sitting there." Prince Charles twiddled his fingers, rolled his eyes and seemed to chuckle nervously.

In the same interview, Prince Charles confessed that planning their wedding was a "nightmare." He reportedly made a big adjustment just to accommodate "as many people" as he could.

"From my point of view, to have as many people I've known in the navy and in university and the air force, and everyone I've been involved with for the last 20 years literally, in school," Prince Charles said.

"All the marvellous people who looked after me at these different places and to try and remember everybody has been an absolute nightmare, hasn't it?" he added. "Even now, I suddenly remember somebody that I tried hard to remember but I didn't and I hope we got most people."

In related news, according to Dr. Peter Collett, the Prince of Wales had shown signs of distress during their wedding.

"At a crucial point, he wipes away his imaginary tears. This is an action that people often perform when they are feeling sad," the expert said. "It suggests that Charles is having deep regrets about what he has got himself into."

During Princess Diana's big day, she dramatically lost weight and had a 23-inch waistline. Her wedding gown also included a secret charm that featured an 18-carat gold horseshoe trinket studded with white diamonds.

Camilla Parker Bowles was present during Prince Charles and Princess Diana's wedding. Following the Prince and Princess of Wales split, Princess Diana said that their marriage was difficult because there were "three of us."
