Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a different way of doing things from Prince William and Kate Middleton.

It was reported earlier that Prince Harry and Prince William are considering a formal division. This will give the Duke and Duchess of Sussex a way to focus on what things they want. According to Camilla Tominey, NBC's royal editor, the brothers' split will only make their astonishing differences clearer.

For the royal correspondent, Prince Harry and Markle have a "sprinkling of dust" about them which Prince William and Middleton lack. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a more introverted persona.

"When we cover a job with Prince Harry, he is the event," Tominey explained in Yahoo's "The Royal Box" series (via Express). "If Harry’s coming, something will happen, he'll engage with someone."

Tominey likened Prince Harry to his mother, Princess Diana. The expert said that just like the late Princess of Wales, the people did not need to invent anything as she, herself, was the event. On the other hand, it's a different thing with Prince William and Middleton.

"With the Cambridges, they’re naturally more introverted, they’re quite shy people," Tominey continued. "They’re not that outgoing and often they don't make the buzz Meghan and Harry might, simply because they're just a bit more out there and more extroverted."

Prince Harry and Prince William will be creating separate courts to reflect their different duties and needs. This might sound new to many as the brothers along with Middleton have been working together for years.

"The brothers have leant on each other and looked after each other since their mother died," the source said. "But now they have their own families, they longer rely on each other as before."

Sally Bedell Smith believed that Markle's arrival triggered the split but not in a bad way.

"It is inevitable and practical because it gives Harry and Meghan some freedom to build up their own collection of interests and charities," Smith explained. "Meghan has very strong views on what she is interested in and that may be what Harry shares, but not what William and Kate share."

According to royal commentator Claudia Joseph, the royal couples will have different roles. Prince William and Middleton will be "team GB" while Prince Harry and Markle will be "team Commonwealth."
