• Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's jealousies might have driven them out of the royal family
  • The real reason behind the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's bombshell exit remains unknown
  • Prince Harry could lose his royal title because of Meghan Markle

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to quit the royal family last month may have been motivated by the jealousy that they feel towards the other members of the British clan.

During a recent discussion, talkRADIO host Mike Graham asked royal expert Ingrid Seward if she thinks the Duke and Duchess of Sussex got their wish to stay out of the limelight by moving to Canada. Seward said no because even though the royal couple is no longer in London, they are still being closely monitored in North America.

“What they are going to get away from is the royal family and this is a slightly grey area that is difficult to understand. What is it about the royal family that they are so upset with? I wish I could ask them, I think this is what everybody wants to know,” she said.

Seward went on to ask what exactly drove Prince Harry and Markle out and said that it could be their jealousies, but no one knows exactly who or what they are jealous of.

“They have spoken about all these things. It is still a grey area and it has been a very difficult time for them,” she said.

Meanwhile, there are some discussions regarding the possibility of Prince Harry losing his royal title. Seward said that if Markle decides that she wants to be more commercialized, the use of royal titles may be awkward.

But the royal expert also stressed that the title of Duke of Sussex has not been taken away from Markle’s husband. Prince Harry will continue to be called as such since he’s a royal by blood.

Prince Harry and Markle announced their bombshell exit last month by informing the public that they want to be financially independent of the royal family. A few days later, the Duke of Sussex attended a crisis talk with the Queen in Sandringham.
