Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are losing two members of their Archewell team.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's umbrella company announced that it is parting ways with two of its top executives: Ben Browning, head of content for Archewell Productions and Archewell Audio, and Fara Taylor, head of marketing for Archewell. Both had been part of Archewell for less than two years.

"Ben and Fara have been integral to the creation and execution of many critically and commercially acclaimed projects during their tenure. They have expertly delivered content and campaigns that have exceeded expectations and made their mark within the cultural zeitgeist," Ashley Hansen, Archewell head of communications and global press secretary to Prince Harry and Markle, said in a statement to Variety.

She continued, "They played a critical role in helping to tell the stories of the Duke and Duchess thus far and the couple remain hugely grateful for their support on those vital 'look back' projects, as they now look forward."

Browning will leave later this year when his current deal with the company expires. A reason for why it was not renewed was not provided.

Taylor is also set to "transition out of her role" later this year, according to Variety.

Neither Browning nor Taylor will be replaced, as the titles have been dissolved, the report said.

Browning, an Oscar-nominated producer and BAFTA Film Awards winner, joined Archwell in March 2021. He was hired when the company launched its partnership with Netflix and Spotify and oversaw the Sussexes' record-breaking docuseries "Harry & Meghan."

His portfolio includes "The Big Sick," "Arrival," "Room" and "Promising Young Woman."

"From the moment they shared their vision for Archewell as a global production company that will spotlight diverse voices and share uplifting stories, I knew I wanted to help with this unique opportunity," Browning said of joining Archewell in a March 2021 statement obtained by People. "It's a thrilling company to be starting."

Taylor, who led the marketing campaigns for Markle's "Archetypes" podcast, "Harry & Meghan" and Prince Harry's memoir "Spare," was hired less than a year ago, according to Variety. She had previously worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Amid the two executives' departures, Archewell also made key new hires and promotions.

Serena Regan was named head of podcasts in anticipation of the expected second season of "Archetypes." She was hired at the end of 2022.

Shauna Nep also joined Archewell Foundation, the couple's philanthropic arm, as co-executive director.

Nep was tapped to work with executive director James Holt to manage the nonprofit's growing philanthropic portfolio. Nep served as vice president of philanthropy at SB Projects since 2018 and also held positions at The Goldhirsh Foundation and Fundamental.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry, who dropped his memoir "Spare" earlier this month, is set to appear at coaching platform BetterUp's upcoming Uplift summit in San Francisco, California. He will be speaking as part of the two-day event taking place on March 7 to 8.

He will join "Insecure" star Issa Rae, "Ugly Delicious" host David Chang, Peloton vice-president Robin Arzon, academic Adam Grant and more to discuss "purpose, performance and human transformation," according to BetterUp's statement.
