The royal Fab Four are spending Christmas together despite rumors of a feud, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be sleeping under one roof. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle allegedly turned down an invite to stay with Prince William and Kate Middleton during the holidays.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are said to have invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to stay at their Norfolk home, Amner Hall, while they celebrate Christmas. Though actual Christmas festivities with the Queen will be at Sandringham, there isn’t a ton of space there. Plus, Meghan and Harry are believed to have enjoyed staying with Will and Kate last year. However, they won’t be repeating last year’s sleeping arrangements.

“There’s not a huge amount of room at Sandringham so it’s quite surprising. Maybe they just want their own space,” a royal source told The Sun. “Things are civil between the couples but they don’t spend much time together.”

The rumor mill has been working overtime when it comes to the young royals. First, Kate and Meghan were rumored to be feuding, with the American Duchess supposedly leaving Kate in tears at a bridesmaids dress fitting. Then, reports surfaced that it might not be the women fighting but the brothers. The Dukes have apparently been dealing with “tension” after Harry felt that Meghan wasn’t welcomed into the family properly.

In any case, royal watchers will see them all together on Christmas day. Kensington Palace confirmed to the Daily Mail that Harry, Meghan, William and Kate will all spend the day together at Sandringham. They’ll likely attend a church service together at St Mary Magdalene on Dec. 25 and may even watch a soap opera with the Queen. The Palace did not address where the couples will be sleeping.
