Prince William and Kate Middleton will be bringing 14 strong people as their entourage to their royal tour in Pakistan.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be making an official visit to Pakistan next week. According to Rachel Russell of Express, they will be taking with them a very large team.

The trip will be Prince William and Middleton’s first official visit to the middle eastern country. The upcoming trip is considered the royal couple’s “most complex” tour. However, their team will be with them to ensure that everything goes as planned.

Taking staff members aren’t new to royals. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did the same during their South Africa tour.

The members of the royal staff are often pictured in the background. Some of them carry their luggage off the plane or keep themselves available to hold anything for the royals. There are also staff who go unnoticed during royal tours.

Among the royal couple’s entourage are Simon Case, Prince William’s private secretary. Case took over the position vacated by Miguel Head in July 2018. He was the Principal Private Secretary to the Prime Minister from January 2016 to May 2017.

Middleton’s private secretary Catherine Quinn is also expected to join the tour. Quinn previously worked as the chief operating officer and associate dean for administration at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.

The two private secretaries will also have two assistants in Pakistan. Christian Jones became Communications Secretary in April 2019. Prince William and Middleton’s personal assistants will help them organize their day-to-day program and correspond with their internal and external contacts. Middleton will also bring her own personal hairdresser to ensure that she has her signature hairstyle the entire trip.

In related news, Prince Harry and Markle’s South Africa tour was deemed successful even before it finished. Many were convinced that the couple has successfully redeemed their reputation after enduring negative headlines for months.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex surprised their royal fans when they announced that they filed a lawsuit against Mail on Sunday. According to royal correspondent Valentine Low, the couple’s legal action overshadowed their tour.
