Brooks, 40, was previously arrested in connection with a prior kidding porn investigation.

The Bamboozle Festival is a three day festival taking place from Friday, May 18 to Sunday, May 19 at the Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Celebrating its 10 year anniversary, the festival is returning to its roots in Asbury Park where it originated in 2003. Lexington, the much loved dog of Msgr. Robert Ritchie of the St. Patrick's Cathedral, passed away Monday, according to New York Daily News. Ritchie's beloved pooch passed away peacefully while Ritchie was recovering from knee surgery.
