As January ends, many PS Plus subscribers are looking forward to the next batch of free games this February. So far, many players are looking forward to Team Ico’s "The Last Guardian" to be in the list. Here is what we know about the next PS Plus February free games.

As of now, many PS Plus subscribers know that Sony normally announces the PS Plus games at the end of the month. Fans also know that Sony doesn’t do repeat free game announcements and the picks often stretch from indie games to aged AAA games.

So far, many fans are already active on speculating. As seen on the PlayStation Plus Reddit, many users agree that "Alien Isolation," "Berserk: Band of the Hawk," "The Last Guardian" and "The Witness" are hot on the list.

Team Ico’s "The Last Guardian" was one the most awaited 2016 releases during its time. The studio who’ve made the title have previously created two PlayStation classics namely "Ico" and "Shadow of the Colossus." In this adventure, the players would control a child and a large creature that seems to be his pet. "The Last Guardian" features an unusual control scheme as the pet only responds to calls like an actual living pet instead of players gaining control of the animal. Due to its high quality and potential to be a classic in the long-run, getting "The Last Guardian" for free would be a treat for PS Plus subscribers.

Meanwhile, "Alien Isolation" is a 2015 release that received many awards for its sound design. Similar to its horror thriller movie roots, "Alien Isolation" will put the players in the shoes of Amanda Ripley and hide from the alien creature as she investigates her mother’s whereabouts. So far, the game has strongly sold its points as a horror game as players will have to mind every step and action to survive in this game.

Meanwhile, Koei Tecmo’s "Berserk: Band of the Hawk" is a musou game that features characters from the long-running manga series "Berserk." Known for its macabre and brutal visuals, "Berserk: Band of the Hawk" manages to preserve that aspect from its source material as players hack through crowds of foes. Aside from the violence, many fans of the series genuinely like its characters aside from the immense ordeal these characters are in.

Lastly, Jonathan Blow’s "The Witness" is a fun game where players have to solve puzzles to progress. Not just any simple puzzle game, "The Witness'" repertoire of puzzles take a lot of wit and extremely visual to solve correctly. This game would definitely be a snag for the PS Plus subscribers.

For now, we have to wait for Sony to talk about the next set of PS Plus free games to know what we’ll have this February 2019.
