Polos, polos everywhere, but which is the one that fits? With different brands, different fits and different materials, finding a polo shirt that looks nice and is appropriate for summer can be a difficult undertaking. Luckily, Bloomberg Pursuits has you covered.

Polo shirt sizes can vary widely. Out of 200 shirts tested for the project, sleeve lengths ranged from 7.5 inches to 11 inches and there was a 10-inch difference in shirt lengths, Bloomberg says. It divided the shirts by body type -- such as "tall, skinny" or "short, athletic," or the offensive but real "dad bod" -- to help every guy find the right shirt.

If the interactive guide isn't enough to get you into a polo shirt this summer, maybe a video can help. Mens Fashion Magazine offers up thee different ways to wear a polo and have that perfect look for summer.

The history of the polo shirt dates to England in the mid-1800s, Gentleman’s Gazette says, and Brooks Brothers introduced the shirt to the U.S. in the 1880s. But it was French tennis player René Lacoste who made the polo shirt we know today by shortening the sleeves and removing the buttons. Lacoste first wore the shirt to the U.S. Open in 1926 and, by 1933, he was selling the shirts around the world.

Everyone feels better when they're wearing properly fitting clothing. And now that you know how to be cool for the summer, go out and enjoy.
