Teresa Giudice has been using her time in prison wisely. The 43-year-old "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is reportedly hard at work on her next project from behind bars, ensuring it will be ready to go by the time she is released in early December.

Us Weekly caught up with her lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr., who told them Teresa plans to release a memoir after getting out of prison. She has started the early draft of the tell-all book in a journal she received during her stay. According to Leonard, the book will largely focus on her “growing up from humble beginnings.” It will include tales from her recent incarceration as well.

“She will also tell the story everyone is dying to know: what life is like behind bars,” Leonard told the publication.

Leonard shared excerpts from the diary, which are largely just tidbits from her day-to-day life in the women’s facility. From the looks of things, Teresa has been writing down just about everything from what she had for lunch to stories of prison fights. In one undated entry she said there had been an altercation between another inmate and her roommate. She wrote that the woman who had been the aggressor in the situation was “a crazy lady who fights with everyone.”

The incarcerated reality star, who has spent that last seven months in a Danbury, Conn. women’s correctional facility, is slated to be released this December. Leonard shared the news on April 30, saying she will be allowed to return home to her husband and children just in time to celebrate Christmas. Although she will no longer be confined to the prison, Teresa won’t quite be off the hook. The cookbook author will have to finish out her 15-month sentence for fraud on house arrest.

Neither she nor her lawyer have revealed an exact date for her memoir’s release. Despite being tight lipped about her book plans, Teresa has been very communicative with fans from prison. The “RHONJ” star frequently has members of her team send out tweets, thanking fans for their letters, prayers and support.
