Fans may have to wait a little longer for Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin to hold their wedding ceremony. Bieber is focusing on his mental health for the time being and spending some time in the recording studio working on new music.

While Bieber and Baldwin are married, the couple has talked about plans to have a larger wedding with all their friends and family. For the time being, their wedding plans are on hold as Bieber gets treatment for his mental health issues, a source told People.

“Hailey keeps supporting him,” the source said. “They will still have a wedding when they feel they are ready. The most important thing for them is that Justin is mentally healthy.”

Bieber announced in March that he was taking a break from touring to focus on his mental health and on being a father. Fans, however, do not have to worry as Bieber is doing “much better” with his mental health and has even started to work on new music, the source told People.

“It seems his treatment has helped him a lot. It has changed the way he thinks. He is much more focused on taking one day at a time. It’s when he starts thinking too far ahead that he gets stressed out and feels pressure.”

Through all of it, Baldwin has been Bieber’s biggest cheerleader and supporter when it comes to the treatment of his mental health and was one of the main reasons, he sought out help to begin with, according to the source.

“He wants to be the best possible husband for Hailey,” the source said. “It’s one thing to have your issues when you’re single, but when you’re married, there’s two people’s happiness at stake. He’s working on himself so that he can be a good partner to her.”

Bieber began treatment for depression in February. He married Baldwin in a secret courthouse ceremony in September.
