Gaga is as Gaga Does!

Lady Gaga channeled fierce drag queen RuPaul, on the cover of Vogue's September issue, and the uber-daring crooner didn't miss a beat.

"Who else sees me channeling @RuPaul on the COVER of VOGUE. If only I was as fierce as you b*tch. I did try to come for you with that weave," the "Poker Face" singer tweeted after sharing the arresting photograph.

She was draped in a slinky pink Marc Jacobs fishtail gown, and donned an electrifying Don King inspired wig. She appeared dignified and very tall as if she was standing on stilts, no doubt wearing a pair of her signature skyscraper heels. For good measure, Gaga assumed her best model sour puss face, Victoria Beckham would be so darn proud!

The sartorial oddball gave Vogue readers a glimpse of her creative thought process as she recounted the story about how she came to wear the infamous "meat dress." "We were talking about putting the show together," she explained. "And I said, OK, what if I was someone's grandma and I was going to a concert tonight. How would I know that it was a Gaga show? And we all just sort of looked at each other and said,'The meat dress.'"

Fans better get their Lady Gaga fix, and plenty of it, because the crooner revealed to Oprah she won't be talking to the press "for a very long time."

"The latest thing I do is I don't read a damn thing," Gaga told the mogul. "No press, no television. If my mom calls and says, 'Did you hear about?' I don't want to know nothing about anything that is going on in relation to music. I shut it all off."
