A new holiday treat at UK store Marks & Spencer is bringing some laughs and happy tears due to its name.

Santa’s Yumnut, which the company refers to as a “doughnut hybrid” with a “Christmassy makeover,” features “Delicious flaky pastry layers and a sweet Santa’s belt topping.” Those interested in purchasing will find them in in-store bakeries throughout the holiday season.

However, while the company likely just plans to spread some holiday cheer after what has been a hard year around the world due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, some found the name of the treat to be a concern, sharing that they felt it was inappropriate.

Others wondered how the company thought the name was a good idea.

However, plenty of others had fun with the name, with many responses to the treat being NSFW, while others were tame, but still made sure to have some fun with the treat’s name.

The Santa’s Yumnut isn’t the only holiday-themed treat that has sparked some criticism online in recent months. In the United States, Brach’s came under fire for a Thanksgiving Dinner candy corn they began marketing, which featured six individual flavors of candy corn in one bag.

What caused backlash over that particular treat was the fact that the flavors included Green Beans, Roasted Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, Ginger Glazed Carrot, Sweet Potato Pie and Stuffing.
