Shanna Moakler has shared her thoughts on her ex-husband Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian's baby plans.

While promoting her upcoming Miss Nevada USA and Miss Utah USA pageants, Moakler, 47, was asked by Us Weekly Friday to weigh in on Barker and Kardashian's pregnancy journey amid their in vitro fertilization (IVF) challenges.

The former pageant queen said she only knows as much as fans do when it comes to her ex's relationship with the reality star.

"All I know is kind of, like, what everyone knows," Moakler told the outlet. "I think they were trying with IVF and there were some complications."

The "Celebrity Big Brother" alum was previously married to Barker, 46, for four years from 2004 to 2008. They share two children, daughter Alabama, 16, and son Landon, 18. She also shares daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 23, with ex Oscar De La Hoya.

Moakler expressed support for the Blink-182 drummer and the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum's IVF journey, adding that she doesn't get involved in her co-parent's personal relationships.

"I think if that’s a desire between the two of them then that’s fantastic," she said. "I don’t have any issues with that. Their personal relationship is really nothing I get involved in."

Barker and Kardashian, 43, who got engaged in October 2021, have been vocal about their IVF journey.

In a recent episode of Hulu's "The Kardashians," Kardashian admitted to her mom Kris Jenner that her doctor's appointments have been "awful."

Kardashian, who shares Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6, with ex Scott Disick, added in a confessional that the IVF process "hasn't been the most amazing experience."

"Every single person on social media is always like, 'Kourtney's pregnant, Kourtney's pregnant, Kourtney's gained so much weight.' I'm like, it's so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they're actually going through," Kardashian told her mother.

"The medication that they've been giving me, they put me into menopause," she added.

An unnamed source told People that Kardashian and Barker "decided to try and get pregnant after they had dated for a few months" and started IVF "last summer." However, the insider said the process has taken a toll on them, especially on Kardashian, who revealed that she was experiencing depression.

"It's been an emotional rollercoaster. They never expected it to be as hard as it's been," the source said. "It's been especially difficult for Kourtney. They still would love to have a baby. Travis is not putting any pressure on Kourtney though. He just wants her to be happy and healthy."
