Leaked concept art of “Star Wars: Episode 9” teased details of a volcanic planet that many expect to be Mustafar. However, a new theory of the film suggests that this could be Moraband, the home world of the Sith.

The following article contains minor spoilers and a theory about “Star Wars: Episode 9.”

One of the blurry images that previously leaked on Making Star Wars showed the concept art of a volcanic planet. Although the report didn’t reveal the name of the planet, it did admit that it seemed like Mustafar.

Mustafar is a significant planet for “Star Wars” because this was the place where some major events happened in the prequel trilogy. Later the planet was home to Darth Vader’s castle, and the comics revealed that the planet is also the place where the ancient Sith Lord Momin’s tomb is located.

However, according to CBR, even though Mustafar is a very significant planet in the “Star Wars” universe, there is another equally important planet that may be introduced in the upcoming film.

The evil laugh at the end of the “Star Wars: Episode 9” trailer confirmed that the Emperor will return in some form. The character is expected to be the last Sith in the galaxy, and this is a good opportunity for the film to visit the home world of the evil faction.

Moraband is also a volcanic planet, just like Mustafar. The planet, seen in the video game “Star Wars The Old Republic,” has the tombs of many ancient Sith Lords, known as the Valley of the Dark Lords, something that Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) would be interested in.

While the fans know about some of the new locations, the producers and the cast are yet to share the names of all the planets featured in the upcoming films. Details about the names of the planets may be revealed in the coming months.

Daisy Ridley, who will be reprising her role as Rey, told People in a recent interview that “Star Wars: Episode 9” audience will be “very satisfied” with what they have made. She added that while filming their scenes the cast members felt that the scenes were “very good.”
