“Stranger Things” star Noah Schnapp took to Twitter Sunday to post a “rant” he wrote about bullying. The 13-year-old addressed bullies. He questioned why they harmed others and asked them to stop.

“I JUST WROTE THE LONGEST RANT ABOUT BULLYING and it felt so good to write,” he tweeted. “No need to read if you’re tired, just something i felt needed to be said. Now I’m going to bed. GOODNIGHT.”

The teenager shared a picture of his rant, which was originally written in a Google Doc.

“I’m speaking to all humans,” he started the letter. “Bullying does not need to exist.”

He told readers to breathe, and then addressed the bullies. “So after thinking about all those great things in your life, why do you have to make another person’s life bad? Why make them feel bad about themselves. Don’t you already have enough good things in your life to be happy about?” he asked. “Smile and focus you life on completing goals, not breaking others.”

In the second half of the note, he addressed people who have been bullied.

“You really are a great person,” the actor wrote. “You are so nice and gentle and beautiful in every aspect of your outer self and inner self.”

“You have done nothing wrong, and for some reason, somehow, you got or are getting bullied by some idiot who can’t figure out their life,” he wrote. “But you just have to find some way or some place to come back to, and know you can push through it.”

Schnapp admitted he was never bullied.

In the end, the “Stranger Things” star wanted to start a conversation on bullying to help stop it.

“Everyone in the comments, if you’ve ever gone through this, share your story,” he wrote. “Let it all out, just everything, even if it’s not about bullying just let it out. Talking about it is always best.”

The post was liked more than 4,700 times by the star’s 246,000 followers.

Season 2 of “Stranger Things” is slated to premiere on Netflix Friday.

Schnapp was excited for its debut. “You know what’s so cool? when i watch a youtube video 95% of the ads on that video are stranger things season 2 related,” he tweeted Saturday.

The final Season 2 trailer of “Stranger Things” has been viewed more than 11 million times.
