Amanda Schull is reprising her role as Katrina Bennett in Season 6, Episode 11 of “Suits.”

Patrick J. Adams, who is directing the episode, revealed the news on Thursday, Sept. 15, when he shared a photo of Schull and Rick Hoffman on the set of the USA legal drama series.

The 38-year-old actress also confirmed her return to the show with a behind-the-scenes snapshot she shared on her Instagram page.

“Spent the day with these cool kids,” the 38-year-old actress wrote on the social networking site, alongside a photo of Adams and Hoffman behind the camera. “You’ll never guess what was happening on that monitor. #Suits.”

Katrina — a former a fifth-year associate at Pearson Specter Litt who is now working as Robert Zane’s (Wendell Pierce) associate at Rand, Kaldor & Zane — was last seen in the show’s Season 5 finale.

In the episode, titled “25th Hour,” Robert declared open season on Pearson Specter Litt in light of Mike’s (Adams) plea deal and decided to go after Jessica’s (Gina Torres) lawyers. Using a bit of sneaky trickery she learned from Louis during her stay at P.S.L., Katrina figured out that she could cancel all of P.S.L.’s non-competes by using the morality clause, which allows any lawyer to leave the firm if a named partner is found to have committed a crime. Unfortunately for P.S.L., Katrina recorded Louis admitting he used Mike’s secret to get his name on the door, and that led Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) to resign from the firm and jump to Robert’s firm.

Given what had happened, it’s clear that Katrina is not in good terms with most of the folks at P.S.L., so it would be interesting to see how she would react when their paths cross once again.

As to what fans can expect from the midseason premiere, Adams told The Hollywood Reporter: “In general it’s setting us off on this path of what’s next for everybody. Mike is desperately searching for where he’s going to fit next and realizing that even though he’s paid the price and done his time that it’s still something that’s going to get in the way of him accomplishing his dreams now. He can’t really shake the fact that he was sent to prison. It’s a great episode.”

“Suits” Season 6, Episode 11 will air in January 2017.
