The chief commander of New York Symphonica appears before Takt and Lenny in "Takt Op.Destiny" Episode 5. The new episode is titled "Start – Showtime."

The official website has released the spoiler stills and synopsis of "Takt Op.Destiny" Episode 5. After the battle with D2s, the transcontinental train suddenly stops and out of one of the coaches appear two Musicarts and their conductor. Meanwhile, Schindler is the man who has two Musicarts and calls himself the head of New York Symphonica.

The previous episode opened with Takt and Destiny fighting against a D2 beast while Lenny and Titan watched them struggle.

Just when the beast was about to overpower Destiny, Lenny took over and instructed Titan to beat the D2. The chemistry between Lenny and Titan was spectacular as the Musicart obliterated the beast in just three hits.

Destiny praised Titan’s aim and asked her how she got so good at it. Titan went on to explain how she works in tandem with her maestro. Meanwhile, Takt was annoyed and mocked Lenny.

Lenny decided to teach Takt and Destiny how to hunt down D2s. However, they were still struggling to remain in sync with each other.

Lenny told them to search for the harmony in the tone that resonated between them. As a conductor, Takt needed to guide the tones known as Musicarts.

“Takt and Destiny learn how to fight properly from Lenny and Titan as they continue to make their way to New York. However, Takt and Destiny still have a hard time being in sync. They then coincidentally run into Lenny's old buddy Jonathan. Jonathan then leads them around his home, Las Vegas,” read the official synopsis of Episode 4, according to Crunchyroll.

The cast of "Takt Op.Destiny" anime includes Kouki Uchiyama as Takt Asahina, Satoshi Hino as Lenny, Reina Ueda as Hell, Miku Itō as Titan, Kaede Hondo as Anna Schneider, Inori Minase as Heaven, Eiji Hanawa as Sagan, Daisuke Namikawa as Shindler, Sumire Uesaka as Walküre, Yumiri Hanamori as Carmen, Shion Wakayama as Destiny, Natsu Yorita as Mokusei and Maria Sashide as Kirakira-boshi.
