Tom Cruise is planning to move to the Scientology headquarters in the United Kingdom after selling his London house, according to a report Wednesday. The move comes amid rumors that his ex-wife Katie Holmes is dating Jamie Foxx.

Cruise is planning to move to the 100-acre estate in a bid to expand Scientology in Europe. Latest renovations at the headquarters are reported to be worth $16 million, Daily Mail reported.

“Tom is relocating to England and uses the Scientology manor as his base. It's the highest recognition to live where L. Ron Hubbard did, and Miscavige clearly believes giving Tom this access will keep his faith in the Church for decades to come,” a source told Daily Mail.

“It's worked a charm because Tom's more dedicated to Scientology than ever before. He's investing a lot of his own money back into the U.K. Church and secretly the talk is how they want to be as influential as the Royal family.”

The source reportedly added: “It might sound like a deluded dream but with bottomless cash and ongoing renovations they believe that, in time, Saint Hill Manor will overshadow Buckingham Palace.”

The report comes at a time when Cruise’s ex-wife Holmes is rumored to be dating Foxx. Holmes and Foxx have been linked for a while now and the two are rumored to have been married in a “super-secret ceremony” with the actress being pregnant with Foxx’s child, according to a Star magazine report.

Foxx and Holmes have not gone public with their relationship because Cruise might go “crazy” if he comes to know about their romance.
