If you needed another reason to completely tune out of Decision 2016, a video showing a musical troupe singing a patriotic hymn to Donald Trump may seal the deal. The real estate mogul's campaign confirmed to International Business Times that the clip, which began to make the rounds online Thursday, was authentic footage from Trump's rally on Wednesday in Pensacola, Florida.

"Cowardice, are you serious / apologies for freedom, I can't handle this," sing the girls of "USA Freedom Kids" in the video, addressing myriad losers and haters. "Oh say can you see, it's not so easy / But we have to stand up tall and answer freedom's call."

"President Donald Trump knows how to make America great / Deal from strength or get crushed every time," the lyrics continue.

Asked whether the sublime video was the real thing, not a well-executed parody, Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks replied, "Yes."

Musical interludes are all too common in this race. Trump rival Sen. Ted Cruz inspired a track from the Christian patriot "rap" group "We Are Watchmen" last year. But even that was simply a tribute; Trump's move here is more reminiscent of Rick Perry's customized country-rap theme song, which he rolled out on announcing his short-lived run for the White House in June.
