People can't stop talking about Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston -- and rightfully so.

The two sparked all types of rumors and speculation after a photograph surfaced of them backstage at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards on Sunday. Despite what people are saying though, Pitt and Aniston are not getting back together.

"Jen was happy for Brad," a source told PEOPLE in this week’s issue.

Pitt, 56, won a SAG Award for outstanding performance by a male actor in a supporting role in "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood." Aniston, 50, also walked away with an award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a drama series for Apple TV's "The Morning Show."

"They congratulated each other and that was it. It was an emotional night,” the source revealed and adding that Aniston "is not dating Brad."

Pitt and Aniston were married from 2000-2005. They both moved on to marry Angelina Jolie and Justin Theroux respectively, however, those relationships also ended in divorce. Although the two actors don't seem to be rekindling their relationship anytime soon, they do maintain a friendship.

"They are friends and happy for each other. They want nothing but happiness for each other," said the insider. "She is happy to have Brad back in her life as a friend, but that’s it."
