Michelle Obama’s potential candidacy for president gained mixed reactions after she led the 2020 race poll.

Many are rooting for the former FLOTUS to run for the 2020 election. A new poll in New Hampshire revealed that Michelle is ahead Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders.

While many want Michelle to be the next president, some of her critics have also become more active on Twitter bashing her. There is a mixed reaction about the possibility of Michelle joining the race and following the footsteps of her husband as the next president of the United States.

Michelle’s critics discouraged her from running with some even calling her husband one of the worst presidents they had.

“Michelle Obama you need to pull your head out of the clouds! Your husband is going down in history as the worst President. I never consider him my president. You both did more to ruin this country than any other president! #Trump2020,” one user wrote.

“Michelle Obama is the most popular woman in the world but yet after what her husband Barack Obama and Joe Biden did by destroying this nation for eight years! There’s no way in the American people want another Obama as President! The democrats oppressive agenda DOES NOT WORK!!!!” another critic wrote.

Despite the backlash from Michelle’s critics, many also called her to run for president because they are confident in her potential. For them, they want Michelle to be the next leader because she has the brain and strength.

“Michelle Obama should run for President. She has the brains, strength, wherewithal & brilliance many don’t. As a woman a diff side of life/things will be realized. Especially 4 men.Having her hubby-Bonus!” another social media user posted.

“I have no problem picturing Michelle Obama as a president. I wish she’d run. No stereotypes here,” a different netizen wrote.

Some netizens wanted to see Michelle and Barack’s tandem, with one saying that she could run for president and Barack for vice-president.

Michelle’s candidacy remains uncertain despite leading the poll race for 2020. The ex-FLOTUS told Amtrak’s on-board magazine, The National, that she was never considering the position for herself. Michelle explained that there are many ways to improve the country and for her, sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office is something that is not for her.
