Warning: Spoilers ahead!

"The Walking Dead" will return on October 14...but it doesn't look like one character will be fighting for survival for long. A series regular has been confirmed to fall victim to the zombies.

TVLine broke the news that a series regular "will become zombie kibble" during the new season. Whether the character in question bites the dust in the first half of the season or second half is a mystery though.

In season two, fans witnessed the death of not one, but two regular characters on the hit AMC show. After having a good run on Hershel's (Scott Wilson) farm, the group of survivors eventually lost Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn) to a rogue walker, and Shane (Jon Bernthal), who went crazy at the end and died at the hands of Rick (Andrew Lincoln).

So, who's left on "The Walking Dead" to become zombie dinner? Rick, Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies), Carl (Chandler Riggs), Andrea (Laurie Holden), Glenn (Steven Yeung), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Carol (Melissa McBride), T-Dog (IronE Singleton), Hershel (Scott Wilson) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan).

As the lead in the show, the death of Rick seems unlikely, but that doesn't mean we won't see the demise of his son Carl or his wife Lori. In the comics, Lori dies at the prison at the hands of one of the Governor's crew. Lori had given birth to her baby, a girl, but ended up crushing her with her weight after being fatally shot. Although the show doesn't directly follow the comic book series, fans could see Lori die a different way, possibly during childbirth.

Glenn is another character that does not survive in the comics, but unlike Lori, he makes it out of the prison alive. If Glenn is killed off this season, the group will definitely suffer, as he is very successful in gathering supplies and bringing them back for the group.

Another character still alive in the series that dies in the comics is Carol. Carol had a tough season two after the death and zombification of her young daughter Sophia. In the comics, it happens to be the other way. While Sophia remains alive, Carol takes her own life, letting a zombie bite into her. This season may find Carol still mourning the death of her daughter, and sacrificing herself to escape the pain.

The soon-to-be-dead character in question could stem away from the comics as well. Hershel's Scott Wilson recently had a run in with the law when he was arrested for a DUI in a town close to season three filming in Georgia.

The police report cites that the actor had been going 70 miles per hour, "well above the posted speed limit." Besides speeding in his black PT Cruiser, Wilson has also "swerved back and forth several times." He reportedly told police that the road was "slanted" and that he wanted to do yoga instead of a field sobriety test. Wilson blew over the legal limit of 0.08, recording a 0.143 at the scene, and 0.151 while being booked at Fayette County jail, reported E! News.

The spoiler revealing that a series regular will die in season three was released after Wilson was arrested. It's possible that the show creators may be removing the actor from the series after his arrest.

"The Walking Dead" returns to AMC on October 14.
