An air-hostess of IndiGo Airlines was seen in a viral video Monday making two men, who had allegedly misbehaved with her, touch her feet and seek an apology at the Rajiv Gandhi airport in Hyderabad.

The staffer of the low-cost Indian airline reached out to the police after the two men, who were identified only as Bharat and Kalyan had allegedly made inappropriate comments at her when she was on her way out from the airport on Saturday.

NDTV reported that the two men chased the unnamed woman when she was headed towards the parking lot. She then complained to a traffic policeman, who took the two men to a police post at the airport.

The Indian Express reported that the two men were under the influence of alcohol and were seen in the video with folded hands, requesting her not to lodge a complaint against them.

One of them was seen repeating he was sorry following which the air hostess asked him to bend down and touch her feet as the policeman looked on.

The air hostess, however, chose not to lodge an official complaint against them saying that the two were students. The police later booked them for creating a nuisance at the airport.

"As soon as the two men were brought to the police station, they immediately started apologizing to our staff member. Following their apology, our staff member did not file a formal complaint with the police. They were kept in police custody for a few hours after which they were released since no formal complaint was registered," Indigo said in a statement.

The airline was in the news recently when a video of Indigo staffers misbehaving with a passenger emerged, and the airline issued an official apology three weeks after the incident.

"We truly apologize for the treatment shown towards Mr. Rajiv Katiyal by one of our employees. At IndiGo, [the] dignity of our passengers and staff is of utmost importance," IndiGo wrote on Twitter.
