U.S. President Barack Obama appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Monday where he trolled Donald Trump during the "Mean Tweets" segment. During the show, Obama also revealed to the host why he would not run for president if given a chance.

Obama read out several tweets that people had shared targeting him over the years, with some branding him “the Nickelback of presidents.” Some of the tweets were from Trump, and Obama gave out the best replies.

“President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States,” Obama read out Trump's tweet. He then replied: “Well, @realdonaldtrump, at least I will go down as a president.”

Some of the other tweets that Obama read out included: “Obama couldn’t negotiate getting a Whopper without pickles” and “Barack Obama dances like how his jeans look.”

After the hilarious sketch, Obama took a serious tone when he said he feared for the future of the country if Trump is elected. He also gave out the reason why he and his wife, Michelle Obama, are supporting Hillary Clinton.

"We joke about Trump, but I do think part of the reason you’ve seen Michelle passionate in this election, part of the reason we get involved is not just because Hillary’s going to be a great president, but it’s also because there’s something different about the way Trump has operated in the political sphere,” Obama said. “I ran against McCain, against Romney. I thought I could do a better job, but they’re both honorable men. And if they won, I wouldn’t worry about generally the course of the country."

Obama also gave out the reason to Jimmy Kimmel as to why he would not consider running again even if it was legal.

“If I were able to run for a third term, Michelle would divorce me. So it’s useful that I don’t have that choice to make,” Obama said. "All the women in my life are looking forward to being able to live a more normal life."
