Talk show host Wendy Williams is said to be planning a reunion with estranged husband, Kevin Hunter. However, at this time the reconciliation has limitations as he is reportedly only be returning to his former position as her business manager.

According to the Daily Mail, the "Wendy Williams Show" host agreed to allow Hunter to come back to the role after "a series of face-to-face meetings" and "emotional heart-to-heart talks."

It is said that the pair have even gone ahead with drafting a joint press release that will be used in order to announce what they plan to do moving forward. This decision would mean that the two would not dissolve their WW Talk Productions company, The Hunter Foundation, or Hunter Publishing Group.

In April of this year, Williams, 55, broke things off with Hunter, 47, after it was revealed that he was having an affair with a 33-year-old massage therapist. Additional reports surfaced in the following months that the TV personality completely cleared out his office and that he was then spotted pawning jewelry in an attempt to earn a bit of extra money.

"Wendy and Kevin's marriage might be over but they still have love for one another and she realizes that when it comes to business they had a great partnership, there was definitely magic there," an insider close to the situation told DailyMail.com, adding that the host has now "come around" to the idea of Hunter continuing to support her in a business setting.

It is said that she has changed her mind due to "back-biting behind the scenes" that Hunter had previously handled for her and the fact that he has been supportive of her struggles with addiction, particularly alcoholism.

In terms of the role that Williams is said to be taking once Hunter returns, she reportedly will resign as an officer from her foundation, but will continue to support it in various ways.

As for what the host is planning outside of the supposed reunion, a Lifetime biopic about her life is currently in production and she is set to return to her talk show on Sept. 16.
