Despite claims that he is thrilled to be a first-time uncle, Prince Harry of Wales said settling down to have a royal baby of his own is not a top priority in his life.

During a sit down with Royal Marines and their families at HM Naval Base in Devonport last week, Prince Harry talked about his life plans after welcoming his brother Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton’s first child, George Alexander Louis, last month. According to a report from the Daily Mirror, the 28-year-old royal allegedly divulged that he no longer feels it’s a priority to get married and have children now that his father, Prince Charles, has a grandson. “My father is over the moon to be a grandfather,” said Harry. “He’s got one [grandchild] now it will be fine. The pressure’s off now.”

While Harry didn’t comment on his future with girlfriend Cressida Bonas, 24, the news doesn’t bode well for his longtime love. Not only has Harry allegedly recently expressed his desire to date Oscar-winning actress and star of “The Hunger Games,” Jennifer Lawrence, he also appears to be taking it slow with his blonde beauty.

“It’s hard for Harry to date as there are so many opportunities out there,” a source revealed to E! News last month after the duo was spotted attending Glastonbury music festival together. “But Cressida is someone he knows he can trust as she is already in his circle. She’s already passed the test of being discreet.”

Despite reports that the duo have already shacking up together in London, a source told the Daily Mirror last year that their live-in accommodations may not be enough to result in wedding bells, claiming that settling down with the British royal would be the ultimate “nightmare” for Bonas due to her desire to live a private life.
