Fans tuning in to watch Season 2, episode 5 of the football drama “All American” on The CW on Monday night will have to wait. The network will not be airing a new installment of the series this week.

In its place, fans can expect to see another airing of the Season 2 premiere, "Hustle & Motivate" at 8 p.m. EST.

“All American” will return on Nov. 12 with a brand-new episode called “Bring The Pain”. The episode was directed by David McWhirter and written by April Blair and Robert D. Doty.

In “Bring The Pain”, “Layla (Greta Onieogou) pretends everything is fine and throws a birthday party for Olivia (Samantha Logan) and Jordan (Michael Evans Behling)." Elsewhere, Spencer (Daniel Ezra) is "forced to have dinner with the biggest football booster," according to the episode's synopsis.

Meaww reports that this episode will also show Spencer dealing with his break-up and how he handles his father’s (Chad L. Coleman) actions.

The show’s new season has been successful after not originally knowing if it was getting renewed for a second season. Deadline reports that this is because of the popularity of the first season after being put on Netflix. Season 2 debuted with almost one million views, the series' highest audience. The viewership was also up 35% from Season 1.

If you missed any other episode of “All American” and want to catch up, you can stream them through The CW App, no purchase or login is required.

“All American” returns with Season 2, episode 5 on Tuesday, Nov. 12, on The CW at 8 p.m. EST.
