WWE’s Superstar Shake-up continues Tuesday night on “SmackDown Live.” After a few big names joined the “Monday Night Raw” roster, the biggest move is expected to come when the blue brand announces its new additions.

According to an article on WWE.com, chairman Vince McMahon will reveal “the biggest acquisition in ‘SmackDown LIVE’ history.” While WWE is known for using hyperbole, only a few names could make sense for such a build-up.

Considering the lack of rumors regarding a top wrestler leaving another promotion or a past superstar returning to the company, McMahon’s announcement will likely be about a top member of the “Monday Night Raw” roster joining “SmackDown Live.” After AJ Styles officially joined the red brand, it would make sense for an equally popular star to leave “Monday Night Raw.”

In that case, Roman Reigns would certainly fit the bill. He’s been on “Monday Night Raw” since the brand split was initiated in the summer of 2016, as well as the company’s No.1 babyface during that time. Before facing Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 35, Reigns had main-evented WWE’s biggest event in four straight years.

It’s probably time for Reigns to switch brands. With Dean Ambrose likely gone from WWE, The Shield won’t be fighting together. Seth Rollins should have the Universal Championship for the foreseeable future, meaning Reigns likely won’t challenge for that title anytime soon.

Brock Lesnar could also be the subject of McMahon’s announcement. Even though he’s only a part-time performer, Lesnar has been a member of the “Monday Night Raw” roster for three years. It would make sense to move him to “SmackDown Live” after dropping the Universal Championship to Rollins at WrestleMania 35.

There’s speculation that Lesnar could be done with WWE as he eyes a fight with UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier in August, but that’s not necessarily the case. Lesnar has fought for both WWE and the UFC simultaneously in the past, and he could wrestle again over the next few months before returning to MMA.

If McMahon’s announcement isn’t about Reigns or Lesnar, it’s probably going to be a disappointment.

Styles, The Miz, The Usos and Andrade were among the wrestlers that joined the “Monday Night Raw” roster on the first night of the Superstar Shake-up.
