His son has now figured out the truth about the entire family plotting against him to make him think he killed his father. Now, with the target of the plot aware of the truth, everyone else in Genoa City will find out that Victor faked his death on the Tuesday, Oct. 1 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Adam (Marc Grossman) finally learned that the entire family worked against him to make him think that doubling Victor’s (Eric Braden) meds killed him on the CBS soap, and after confronting his father about it, he decided to leave town. Now that he knows the ploy and the jig is up, the time has come for everyone else in town—including the family members who weren’t in on the plan—to learn the truth.

“Victor reveals his dangerous plan,” spoilers reveal.

Naturally, as the truth comes out, there will be a mixture of emotions amongst those who thought he was gone. Some will be full of joy that he’s actually still around, while others will be upset, hurt and angry they were lied to. Among those will be his granddaughter, Summer (Hunter King), who will race to the house when she hears the news, and her mother, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), who will be furious her daughter was lied to solely because of her relationship with her.

“Phyllis stands up for Summer,” spoilers state.

However, as the news is revealed, it could also mean severe consequences for all those who were involved in the plot—because a lot of damage was done from the secret, and they may need a miracle if they’re going to reverse it.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
