He promised Nick he would take care of Adam and make sure he didn’t cause any more trouble for him as they continue their fight over Christian. Now, after Victor’s big move is revealed, it could set off an even more dangerous string of consequences for both him and his family on the Wednesday, August 14 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

After they both lost custody of Christian when they went to court, Adam (Marc Grossman) began doing whatever necessary to prove Nick (Joshua Morrow) wasn’t a fit father for the little boy he had raised on the CBS soap. After also realizing Victoria (Amelia Heinle) was giving their brother preferential treatment when it came to time with him, he arranged for Nick to overhear him telling Christian the truth about him being his biological father, which goaded his brother to punch him in front of Sharon (Sharon Case) and opened up an assault case.

Now, after Victor (Eric Braden) became involved and learned what happened, he swore to Nick he would take care of Adam and make sure that he would no longer have access to Christian as a result of his scheming and plots—and he will succeed in getting his message across.

“Victor issues an ultimatum,” spoilers reveal.

As it turns out, Victor will have used his connections to serve Adam with a restraining order that keeps him away from Christian. But while it may give Nick an advantage for now, it will also be a move that could also unleash even more of Adam’s dark side. He has constantly warned he won’t stop until he gets back everything he wants—including both of his sons and a life with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). A move against him could awaken even more sinister schemes as he vows to now also take everything from his father and siblings.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
