  • WillNE refused to sign an NDA upon entering the mansion at the advice of his manager

YouTuber Will Lenney, popularly known as WillNE, got to explore the TikTok Wave House and was blown away by the massive U.K. mansion.

In a new video on his YouTube channel, WillNE paid a visit to the Wave House, a $6.5 million country home in the outskirts of London where Tiktok stars Spencer Elmer, Eloise Fouladgar, Jimbo H, Millie T, Kate Elisabeth and Carmie Sellitto reside.

The Wave House features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with each room having more than enough space to shoot 10-second TikTok clips. WillNE took his viewers around the property, which also boasts a few orchards, multiple gardens and many shrubberies spread across the massive 13-acre compound.

WillNE showed his followers the luxurious bathrooms, fully furnished gym, multiple dressing rooms, indoor hot tub, study, 100-inch TV and more.

During his visit, the British YouTuber also got to know exactly how the Wave House TikTokers create their viral videos.

The members gave WillNE an elaborate introduction as a Wave House member, complete with military uniforms and the eerie spiked mask.

“Alright, now it turned out their plan for content on this day was to have a big inflatable course put up outside of the house and they decided they were going to dress up like they were in the military and had brought a bunch of army costumes,” said WillNE of his introduction day.

“It's f-----g ridiculous,” he commented when the house members showed him the mask he had to wear.

WillNE also experienced some setbacks during his tour, including being asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon entering the Wave House that would require him not to "give away anything" after his visit.

WillNE appeared uncomfortable with the idea of signing an NDA. When he called his manager to ask if he could sign the agreement, the latter advised the YouTuber against doing so.

Aside from his introduction, WillNe was also shocked when he found out that not everyone residing in the mansion was aware of the monthly costs needed to live there. The TikTok stars' management agency, Yoke, cover the expenses of the country home, Dexerto reported.

"The whole idea is a place of work, but they do live there. The costs are all covered by the company, if they want to go home, they can," Jidé Maduako, CEO of Yoke Network, told Femail of the Wave House and its residents.

While WillNE did not mention whether or not he plans to return to the Wave House in the future, he sure appeared impressed with the mansion.
