“Home and Away” star Alexandra Park recently claimed that she’s more royal than Meghan Markle.

During her interview on “The Fix,” the 29-year-old actress said (via Daily Mail), “I am more of a royal than Meghan is. Technically, I am more of a princess.” But Park’s statement simply had to do with the fact that she played the role of Princess Eleanor on “The Royals.”

When asked if she has any advice for the Duchess of Sussex on how to live the palace life, Park said that she wouldn’t dare to offer any advice to the former “Suits” star.

“I wouldn’t have a clue what to say! Keep the fashion coming because that’s good for me. She always looks incredible. Effortlessly chic at all times,” she said.

And when asked if she would ever consider giving up her acting career just like Markle if she ever becomes a royal, Park said that she won’t.

“I don’t think so… There’s what you’re meant to do in life and then there’s love. It’s a tricky one, but I don’t think that I could,” she said.

Markle decided to give up her acting career before she wed Prince Harry on May 19. The Duchess of Sussex explained that she didn’t see it as giving up something. Rather, it’s simply about starting something new.

“I don’t see it as giving anything up. I just see it as a change. It’s a new chapter. And keep in mind that I’ve been working on my show for seven years. We were very fortunate to have that sort of longevity on a series. For me, once we hit the 100-episode marker, I thought, I have ticked this box, and I feel really proud of the work we’ve done there, and now it’s time to work as a team with Harry,” she told BBC.

Prince Harry and Markle planned their wedding for five months before they finally tied the knot at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Their special day was attended by the members of the royal family, Markle’s friends from Hollywood, Prince Harry’s pals, and Markle’s mom Doria Ragland.
