Amber Heard Allegedly ‘Blackmailed’ Johnny Depp, ‘Threatened’ To ‘Lie’ About Him Every Way

Amber Heard reportedly blackmailed and threatened Johnny Depp if he didn’t agree to the terms of their divorce.

In 2016, the “Aquaman” star accused her ex-husband of domestic violence. Heard even went as far as sharing a photo of her bruised face alongside her court documents.

But at that time, Depp’s good friend, Doug Stanhope was already convinced that Heard was lying. In fact, he tried to expose Heard but not many people believed him. Four years later, the tables have turned and the majority of Depp’s fans are seeking justice for the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star.

In the article he penned for The Wrap, Stanhope admitted that he and Depp’s other friends have been aware that Heard was abusing the actor. In fact, Depp said that Heard targeted Depp while he was at his weakest. Stanhope and his other pals refused to say anything because they didn’t want to be thrown out of the circle.

On Saturday before Depp’s alleged assault, Stanhope and his girlfriend, Bingo, visited the actor at his home. They noticed that Depp was in a dour mood and they thought that it was because of his mother’s death just one day earlier.

“But he opened up in the most vulnerable of ways that it was not only his mother but that Amber was now going to leave him, threatening to lie about him publicly in any and every possible duplicitous way if he didn’t agree to her terms. Blackmail is what I would imagine other people might put it, including the manner in which he is now being vilified,” he said.

It was at this moment that Stanhope and Bingo decided to stand up for Depp.

Meanwhile. Stanhope wasn’t the only person who supported Depp. Paul Bettany and Laurie Holden tweeted about how great of a person Depp is after news broke out that he assaulted Heard.

Around the same time, Entertainment Tonight released two photos of Heard that seemed entirely different. The first photo shows the actress laughing hysterically just 24 hours after accusing Depp of abuse.

Heard’s smiling image was very different from what she looked like when she made a court appearance. Immediately after riding her car, the actress broke down in tears.

Netizens have been accusing Heard of lying about her allegations against Depp. But no action has been made to address the issue.
