• Police received information about the crime last year
  • Witnesses told police they have seen the duo having sex
  • Police said medical records confirmed Gray's pregnancy

A 23-year-old Arkansas woman, who was caught sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy, is now pregnant with the teen's kid.

Brittni Gray, of Paragould, was arrested last week and charged with one count of sexual harassment in the fourth degree, NY Daily News reported.

Paragould police received an alert from Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline in February last year about the alleged sexual relationship between the teen and Gray. In September, another witness came forward alleging they had seen the duo together having sex. A third witness told the police on Jan. 22 that Gray and the victim had been in a sexual relationship for almost a year.

The witness added that the teen victim was living with Gray in her home and she was also seen dropping him off at his home.

The medical records confirmed Gray is pregnant, Detective Rhonda Thomas said in the arrest affidavit. "Video footage was obtained showing the alleged victim and the alleged offender entering the hospital together during a recent visit to the emergency room," the court documents stated.

Gray was arrested on March 1 after Greene County District Court Judge Daniel Stidham found probable cause to arrest her. She is currently being held in Greene County Detention Center without bond.

Last year, a Minnesota woman had pled guilty to raping a young boy. Kelsie Krueger, 30, raped the boy between January 2012 and December 2013, when the victim was 2-4 years old. Randy Dexter, 35, was charged as a co-defendant in the abuse. The incident came to light after the child told his counselor about the crime.

In a similar incident, a 35-year-old woman from Texas was also charged with sexual assault after the 12-year-old victim informed his CPS investigator about the incident. The child said the assault happened at his home. He had just gotten out of the shower and was sitting on the bed when 35-year-old Brittany Ann Rouleau attacked him.
