The start of a new year means it’s also time to gear up for another award season. January 2019 marks the first entertainment award show of the year, so, to prepare you, we’ve come up with the full list of award show dates, air times, channels and more.

Without further ado, here is the 2019 award show calendar:

January

Golden Globe Awards- The Golden Globes is kicking off this award season. The 76th annual event will take place on Sunday, Jan. 6, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Fans can watch actors from TV and movies get their trophies live on NBC starting at 8 p.m. EST. The show is being hosted by actors Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh.

Critics’ Choice Awards- The critics will have their voices heard during the 24th annual event. The show will air live on The CW on Sunday, Jan. 13, starting at 7 p.m. EST.

Screen Actors Guild Awards- Also known as the SAG Awards, this year’s show will take place on Sunday, Jan. 27. The event is to be hosted by actress Megan Mullally. The 25th annual ceremony will air live on TNT and TBS at 8 p.m. EST.

February

Grammy Awards- The recording academy is bringing the Grammys to CBS on Sunday, Feb. 10, at 8 p.m. EST. The 61st annual ceremony will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

EE British Academy Film Awards- The BAFTA Film Awards will take place on Feb. 10.

Writers Guild Awards- Hollywood’s brightest writers will be honored on Sunday, Feb. 17. The ceremony will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Actress and writer Chelsea Peretti will host.

The BRIT Awards- The BRITs will be celebrating another year of British and international music on Wednesday, Feb. 20. The show takes place at The Q2 Arena in London and will air on ITV. Jack Whitehall will host.

Independent Spirit Awards- Indie films and its stars will get their moment in the spotlight on Saturday, Feb. 23. The 2019 show will be hosted by actress Aubrey Plaza and air on IFC at 5 p.m. EST.

Academy Awards- The Oscars will announce its winners during its 91st annual telecast on Sunday, Feb. 24. The event will be held at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, California. ABC will be airing the show live.

March

Kids' Choice Awards

Kids’ Choice Awards- “The Today Show” confirmed in November that Nickelodeon would be bringing back the Kids’ Choice Awards in March. The ceremony tapes in Los Angeles.

April

Academy of Country Music Awards- The 84th ACMs will bring down the house on Sunday, April 7, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The ceremony will begin at 8 p.m. EST and will air on CBS.

May

Billboard Music Awards- The 2019 show is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, May 1. NBC will be airing the show with the three-hour telecast kicking off at 8 p.m. EST.

Daytime Emmy Awards- The official Twitter page for the Daytime Emmys announced in September that the 2019 show will take place on Sunday, May 5.

June

Tony Awards- The Tonys will be honoring Broadway’s best of the year on Sunday, June 9. The 73rd annual show will broadcast live from New York City’s Radio City Music Hall at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.

September

Primetime Emmy Awards- The Fox Telecast for the 2019 Primetime Emmy Awards is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 22. However, the official site does note that “dates are subject to change.” The 71st annual ceremony will take place at the Microsoft Theater at LA Live in Los Angeles. Fans can watch from home starting at 8 p.m. EST.
