It happened: Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) moved in together in CBS’ “The Big Bang Theory”! Of course, Sheldon needed a lot of coaxing. In the end, Leonard (Johnny Galecki) convinced him that it would be the perfect science experiment. However, within the first 12 hours of cohabitation, the couple quarreled a lot.

Will these two nerds survive living together? On the next episode in “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10, Amy and Sheldon will continue to quarrel over their living arrangements. Episode 5, titled “The Hot Tub Contamination,” will see the science-loving couple argue over the bathroom schedule.

The synopsis states that Leonard and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) will be forced to intervene and separate Amy and Sheldon when their cohabitation doesn’t go as planned. Worse still, an embittered Sheldon threatens to break off their relationship when his girlfriend refuses to adhere to the bathroom schedule.

The bathroom becomes the center of many arguments in episode 5. The promo shows Amy telling Sheldon, “There’s nothing wrong with keeping our toothbrushes in the same holder.” Penny intervenes and says, “Sheldon what do you say to that?” “I think we should see other people,” he replies.

Elsewhere, Howard (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) will find unexpected guests at their house when they decide to stay home from a planned vacation.

The synopsis doesn’t address the fact that the soon-to-be parents discovered that Raj (Kunal Nayyar) knows the gender of their baby. Will they eventually know whether they are having a boy or a girl in “The Big Bang Theory”?

Don’t miss Amy and Sheldon’s struggles of living together in “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 5 premiering on Monday, Oct. 17 at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
