This week, the power shifted back to Jackson. After a lengthy endurance competition, Jackson was crowned as this week’s Head of Household (HOH).

Even though he still talked to the majority of the houseguests before he named his two nominees, it was evident that Jackson already knew who he wanted to send to the Jury House this week.

Prior to winning in the HOH competition, Jackson vowed to take Christie out of the game. And that’s exactly what he’s trying to do now that he has another opportunity.

During his nomination speech, Jackson said that he chose to put Christie and Analyse up on the block because they are both threats to his game. But the fact of the matter is, Jackson doesn’t like Christie on a personal level. Analyse is just up on the block due to her association with Christie.

Meanwhile, the Power of Veto (POV) competition was also in favor of Jackson. He won this week’s POV and he decided to not use it to save either Christie or Analyse.

The POV competition was the only way for Christie to have taken herself off the block, that is, if she won instead of Jackson. But it seems that Jackson and Holly are on a winning streak.

Prior to the POV, Christie should’ve also thrown Nick under the bus so that Jackson might consider targeting him. But in the previous episode, Nick and Jackson actually had a heart to heart conversation.

During their discussion, it was evident that Nick didn’t know how to remove himself from Jackson’s radar. But at the end of the day, Jackson still wants Christie out first and then he plans on taking Nick out next.

But next week’s competition is an entirely different ball game. Jackson might just be sent home by one of the houseguests.
