‘Big Brother’
Megan Lowder wants her alliance team to be called “Production.” CBS

The 16 houseguests in “Big Brother” Season 19 have not yet met each other, but they are already thinking about possible alliances.

Unfortunately, the actual groupings cannot be decided upon this very early on because the houseguests still need to gauge each other’s strengths and weaknesses. But while speaking with TV Guide, some of the contestants shared what they want their alliances to be called.

According to Us Weekly, alliance names were first introduced in “Big Brother” Season 2 in 2001 after Dr. Will Kirby and Mike “Boogie” Malin dubbed themselves “Chilltown.” Just like them, microbiologist Cameron Heard wants a two-person alliance, and he plans to call it “Bamboozling Buffoons.” “We’re going to bamboozle the rest of these buffoons out of half a million dollars,” he explained.

Jillian Parker, a timeshare sales representative, could very well team up with Cameron since she also wants to belong to a two-person alliance. However, she wants her team to be called “Lunar Eclipse.” Dance teacher Raven Walton and cosplay artist Ramses Soto want their alliances to be called “Team Sour Patches” and “Power Rangers,” respectively.

But there’s one houseguest who named her prospective alliance with the simplest yet most sensible name. Dog walker Megan Lowder wants to call her team, “Production.” “Because you know how they constantly announce of the live feeds, ‘Don’t talk about production?’ It would be like a ‘Fight Club’ thing,” she explained.

Just like Megan, stay-at-home dad Kevin Schlehuber’s alliance name also makes a whole lot of sense – if spelled backwards. He wants his team to be called “Semanon” or “No Names.” Fitness superstar Christmas Abbott, on the other hand, doesn’t want to think of alliances just yet and will do so once she meets her fellow houseguests on Wednesday, June 28 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

“Big Brother” Season 19 will air a two-hour premiere episode where all the 16 houseguests will have a chance to enter the house. However, there will be two doors to choose from. One of the doors will lead to the actual house, and the other door could lead elsewhere. While speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, executive producer Allison Grodner said that there will be two scripts this season.

“We have to be prepared. On opening night we have two different scripts and two different possibilities depending on what’s going to happen,” she said.
