Bill and Ridge on "The Bold and the Beautiful"
Bill (Don Diamont) goes to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to warn him about Thomas’ (Pierson Fode, not pictured) recent actions to benefit Spectra on the May 12, 2017 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.” CBS

He was furious when he lost out on the building he wanted to demolish because Thomas acted on Spectra’s behalf. Now, despite being sworn enemies with him, Bill will go to Ridge to try and find a new path towards his goal on the Friday, May 12 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Bill (Don Diamont) wanted the site of the Spectra building so he could build his new downtown skyscraper, and was willing to do whatever it took to get what he wanted on the CBS soap. In an effort to take Spectra and Sally (Courtney Hope) down faster, he faked a review of the Spectra preview collection, trashing it. That propelled the company to steal Forrester designs, and eventually that was going to force them to close up shop for good and lose the building. But with the truth getting out about who actually wrote the review, Thomas (Pierson Fode) stepped up on Sally’s behalf, cutting a check for her $100,000 rent so she would have a chance to prove herself as a legitimate designer. With Spectra still in residence in the building, Bill now can’t have it, and he is livid.

In an effort to try and make sure he can still get the building though, Bill will seek out Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to let him know what his son has done. Though the two men are mortal enemies, especially since Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) recently chose Bill over Ridge, he knows that the man he refers to as the “dressmaker” won’t be happy to learn that his son bailed out Forrester’s competitor, one who stole from them nonetheless.

“Sally worked him. She took your designs. But anybody with common sense doesn’t let that happen again,” Bill says in a preview clip.

And while Ridge could care less about Bill’s actual motives for telling him, since he would love nothing more than to see Bill not get what he wants with his planned building, he does know his enemy has a point. Not only is giving Sally another chance a prime opportunity to let Spectra try and steal from Forrester again, Thomas’ obvious trust in her and decision to spend $100,000 on her could be all she needs when it comes to trying to pull one over on Forrester.

While Sally does actually want to try and do things the right way this time however, something Thomas recognizes, no one else will believe her. And when Ridge goes to confront his son about what he did to help Sally, and sees her at the loft with him, he will lose his cool and demand his son stop associating with her in every way.

“Do you really think I would let a Forrester, any Forrester, associate with this criminal?” He asks.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
