Is Brad Pitt really heavily “crushing” on much younger actress Sydney Sweeney? This is what a recent report from a gossip site claims. The 55-year-old actor reportedly has the hots for the 21-year-old actress.

Entertainment and gossip magazine Radar Online recently claimed that Sweeney made a huge impression on Angelina Jolie’s ex-husband while they were working on “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” — their upcoming movie that’s directed by Quentin Tarantino.

A supposed source was quoted by the outlet to have said that it’s actually not just Sweeney’s talent that Pitt noticed. The source went on to claim that the “Fight Club” actor is now very interested to do more projects with the young celeb because he’s eager to spend more time with her and get to know her better.

The source remarked that ever since production wrapped last year, Pitt has been doing everything he can to keep in touch and maintain their “intensely friendly” relationship. At the same time, the source noted that it won’t come as a surprise if Pitt makes a move on the actress and asks her out on a date.

The controversial story has since been debunked. Gossip Cop has slammed the outlet for churning out a made-up story involving the co-stars. When the fact-checking website reached out to Pitt’s rep, the latter denied the story outright. The actor’s rep said the rumor is so wrong because Pitt is not at all “crushing” on his way younger co-actor.

Gossip Cop also pointed out how the gossip outlet has been constantly spreading false reports about Pitt, including the one about the actor dating Charilze Theron. The site even recalled how the outlet also spent the first half of 2018 fabricating stories claiming that Pitt was romancing MIT professor Neri Oxman without credible proof and sources to back its claims.

The news comes hot on the heels of an OK! magazine report claiming that Jolie and Pitt had canceled their divorce after having an emotional meeting in front of their lawyers. Jolie reportedly begged for forgiveness and acknowledged the problems they faced during their long-term relationship. However, the story was also proven to be false.

Based on what The Blast reported about the legal proceedings between the exes, nothing of that sort happened. The exes were even photographed having a “tense” conversation during their meeting over the custody of their six children at an attorney’s office in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

Pitt and Jolie have been together for 12 years. They tied the knot in 2014, but Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016.
