Mango Habanero Margarita

  • 1.5 oz of Mango Habanero-Infused Blue Nectar Silver Tequila
  • 1.5 oz of Sour mix
  • .25 oz Triple sec

This is the only Margarita Day recipe that requires a little bit more effort, but it’s a good lockdown project.

First, infuse silver tequila. Cut up mango, place in an airtight container and pour in the tequila. Close the lid and infuse for 3 days. Then, add sliced habanero peppers and infuse for one more day. Finally, strain. (Remember, the longer the tequila infuses the more flavor and spice it will have. If you want it extra spicy, leave the habanero peppers in longer.)

Once you’re making the drink, simply rim your glass with salt (or chile lime salt, if you’re feeling fancy). Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and garnish with a lime.
