Cristy Nicole Deweese is a bad girl gone good. The former Playboy model, who once bared it all for the men's magazine, is now a high school Spanish teacher in Dallas, to the disgust of some parents.

According to The Dallas Morning News, Deweese was Playboy's "Coed of the Month" in February 2011, when she was just 18. Now, she is a first-year teacher at Rosie M. Collins Sorrells School of Education and Social Services.

Photos from her naked "Coed of the Month" spread for Playboy.com were reposted here on Saturday.

The school district said it is now aware of 21-year-old Deweese's past, but did not say whether the nude photos violated ethical standards of the school district or Texas Education Agency. Dallas Independent School District spokesman Jon Dahlander said, “This is a personnel matter, and it will not be discussed.” Debbie Ratcliffe of the Texas Education Agency called it “a murky situation.”

“It wasn’t an illegal activity, but it raises the question about whether that action violated the Educators’ Code of Ethics," she said.

News of Deweese's past began to spread on Friday after the high school students passed around raunchy videos and photos of "Cristy Nicole" during school hours. Students have even re-uploaded videos of Deweese onto YouTube and have commented on them.

"That's my Spanish teacher!!!" one commenter wrote.

"Thanks to NYTimes for bringing me here. I found my Spanish language teacher," wrote another.

In the video, Deweese said she wants to be a Spanish teacher someday.

Parents, like one who wished to remain anonymous, told The Dallas Morning news the situation at school has become "a distraction."

“Are her male 16- and 17-year-old students looking at her without picturing her nude?” the parent said. “And for the female students, is this someone they can respect as an educator, someone that they can look up to?”
