Days of Our Lives
Andre (Thaao Penghlis) throws an unusual bachelor party for Chad (Billy Flynn) on the Sept. 27, 2017 episode of "Days of Our Lives." NBC

The double wedding is back on now that the hurdles that were threatening to slow the process down for both Chad and Abigail and Paul and Sonny have been cleared away, and the time will come to celebrate and party ahead of the nuptials. However, on the Wednesday, Sept. 27 episode of "Days of Our Lives," the bachelor parties thrown for the guys getting married may not be quite what they expect.

Chad (Billy Flynn) will certainly be in the mood to celebrate now that Abigail's (Marci Miller) marriage to Dario (Jordi Villasousa) has been annulled and the risk that she could be arrested for marrying him to keep him in the country has been eliminated on the NBC soap. Sonny (Freddie Smith) has opted to just be present at Chad's party instead of having one of his own as well, though things could be interesting since Andre (Thaao Penghlis) is the one involved in planning the event.

Andrew has been wanting to further strengthen and build his bond with Chad since they have gotten somewhat closer as brothers recently, and volunteered to throw his Bachelor party as a result. Chad agreed, and now the two will sit back as Andre unveils a rather unusual party scheme to the two grooms, as well as other guests, who will include Justin (Wally Kurth) and Theo (Kyler Pettis).

The party may not be what any of the men were expecting, but it could be a good time for all.

Meanwhile, across town, Brady (Eric Martsolf) will also be throwing a bachelor party for Paul (Christopher Sean), in the hopes he can give his own brother a good time before he marries. However, the party he throws will be radically different from the one that Chad is getting.

Brady has planned a traditional blow-out, and the party will quickly get wild and crazy. Things will get so wild in fact, that Paul will find himself unexpectedly being targeted by someone for a sexy proposition. It will be a shocking moment for him, since he has remained committed to Sonny through everything they've been through, and he will likely turn it down, though the fact that it did happen at all could shake him nonetheless.

As the men all party, Abigail will also be celebrating as the women in her life gather for the Bachelorette party her mother, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), is throwing for her. As she celebrates her soon-to-be status as Mrs. Chad DiMera again, this time for good, others at the party will feel a little less celebratory however, as they find themselves questioning the situations that have affected their own relationships. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will confide in one another as they discuss their relationships with Rafe (Galen Gering) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) respectively. While Hope and Rafe have seemingly overcome the fact that they are both up for the police commissioner job, she could admit that she feels it will change things for them once the person getting the promotion is announced. Meanwhile, Kayla could admit that she's still upset with Steve because of Joey (James Lastovic) going to jail for Ava's murder, and the two women will wonder if there's any way to keep their relationships from falling apart.

"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
