A former Florida corrections deputy allegedly held a naked man at gunpoint, filmed him for hours and threatened to send an incriminating video to his family and church, according to an investigative report.

The alleged incident occurred when the 34-year-old unidentified victim met up to have sex with a 19-year-old woman at an Airbnb rental home in Orlando on Nov. 19, 2021, Florida Today reported, citing the 54-page Orange County Sheriff's Office investigative report.

When the man exited the shower, however, Brevard County Sheriff's Office corrections deputy Amony Robillard, 30, emerged from behind a curtain and pointed two semiautomatic pistols at him, the report alleged. The victim was allegedly held captive for about three hours.

Robillard allegedly ordered the man to sign a contract saying he agreed to pay Robillard $30,000. The deputy arranged for a notary and the victim's wife to come to the rental home, the report alleged.

Robillard allegedly also took about $200 in cash and $450 from a cash app from the man.

When asked for a statement, Robillard's attorney Phillip Arroyo told Florida Today that he does not comment on active cases he is handling.

The victim told Orange County investigators that he and Robillard had been friends for about a year. The man said he had given Robillard bad cryptocurrency investment advice that resulted in the deputy losing $2,000 when the company "tanked."

Robillard was arrested at his St. Cloud home on Nov. 27, 2021, on charges of robbery with a firearm, extortion with a weapon and false imprisonment with a weapon. He has entered a written plea of not guilty.

Following his arrest, investigators searched his home office and found a backpack containing a $30,000 draft contract with the man and man's wife's names on it, the report said.

Authorities also found videos on Robillard's personal cell phone that showed him pointing a gun at the man, who was sitting on a bed naked, according to the report. Robillard threatened the man's life multiple times, the report stated.

Jerise Richer, the 19-year-old Orlando woman who worked with Robillard to lure the man to the home, was also arrested last month. She pleaded not guilty to charges of robbery with a firearm and conspiracy to commit extortion, WFTV reported.

Robillard was fired by Sheriff Wayne Ivey following the former's November 2021 arrest.

“I am disgusted by the alleged actions of this individual that have resulted in his arrest, and as such, I have directed my staff to facilitate his termination from our agency!!” Ivey said in a news release the day of Robillard's arrest.

The former deputy remains jailed without bond in Orange County. A pretrial conference is scheduled for April 26, with a projected May 9 trial date, clerk of courts records showed.
