Prince William shared details about Prince George’s knowledge of his future role.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are keen on giving their children a normal life despite their privileged status. According to Prince William, as of late, they have not talked about Prince George’s future as king because they don’t feel that it’s time yet.

“There’ll be a time and place to bring George up and understand how he fits in, in the world. But right now it’s just a case of keeping a secure, stable environment around him and showing as much love as I can as a father,” Prince William told the BBC.

The royal father of three said that they are very concerned with their household before adding that they “are a normal family.” He was also hoping that his children would see how much he loves them.

“I love my children in the same way any father does, and I hope George loves me the same way any son does to his father,” the Duke of Cambridge said.

Prince William and Middleton want Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to play games and enjoy a more active childhood instead of being glued on smart devices, so they banned these things including iPads in their home.

An insider told Us Weekly that neither of the two like the idea of putting iPad tablets in front of their children. Prince William and Middleton both grew up without gadgets for entertainment and they are firm believers of toys, outdoor play and anything that encourages an active imagination, so they want their kids to enjoy the same.

In related news, Prince William and Middleton are not allowed to take flights with Prince George. The heirs are discouraged to board the same plane to prevent the line of succession from being affected in case of a crash.

Prince William is second-in-line to the throne. Prince George is expected to take over after his father. Since both are in line to the throne, they need to be protected.

This unwritten travel rule is not official and Queen Elizabeth II still has the final say on this matter. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have broken this rule by asking the monarch’s permission to bring along Prince George with them when they visited Canada and during their tour in Australia and New Zealand.
