A drunken woman on a flight from Greece to New York City allegedly sexually harassed a fellow passenger and assaulted a Delta staffer.

During an Aug. 1, 2022, flight from Athens to Kennedy Airport, the "visibly intoxicated" woman not only talked about the male passenger's "big muscles," but also massaged his neck and touched his inner thigh, the New York Post reported, citing a lawsuit.

The unidentified woman also "asked if she could lay on top of me in a 'non-sexual way,'" the man alleged in court papers.

The unidentified male passenger, who is suing Delta for allegedly overserving the woman and failing to take his complaints seriously, argued that the woman should have been prohibited from boarding Flight 203.

"He was ignored because he is a male," the Brooklyn Federal Court complaint stated.

The woman also nearly forced an emergency landing, according to a lawsuit.

The woman put her attention on her seatmate a few hours into the flight, after reportedly bingeing on white wine and telling a friend she took a Xanax, the accuser told The Post.

"When we spoke she reeked of alcohol, smelled worse than walking into a bar," the victim said in a statement via his lawyer, Mark Shirian.

A flight attendant apologized for the behavior but "said he could not do anything about it," stated the court papers.

The victim eventually sat on a folding chair, while the drunk woman allegedly assaulted a Delta staffer.

The cabin crew announced they may have to make an emergency stop in Boston due to the drunken behavior, the man claimed in the legal filing.

Instead, the flight landed at the John F. Kennedy International Airport, where the woman was immediately put in handcuffs.

The man, who is seeking unspecified damages, claimed that he now has "extreme anxiety when flying."

As of this writing, there is no update on whether the complainant settled a specific agreement with the woman.
